There are many people online searching for food recipes. Anybody interested in cooking would enjoy to try fresh recipes every so often. There are numerous recipe websites on internet which provides recipes for free. Besides there are quality sites which offers paid recipe books that comprises thorough info on ingredients and preparation instruction. One such website is called Recipe Secrets that provides paid recipe books. Does it worth paying for cook books? Here is a detailed review of the web site and it’s content.

The average American family eats at restaurants at least 3 times a week, sometimes more. When you consider the amount of money charged for a good meal these days, eating out that much can easily cost hundreds of dollars at least. Now, there’s not a thing wrong with spending money on well-deserved, high quality food. However, what if it was possible for you to cook your own killer dishes in your own kitchen anytime you wanted? Would you like to make friends, family or anyone go crazy over your food at the next pot luck event you have to participate in? Maybe you would even like to charge for cooking dishes and start making decent money doing it.
With America’s Secret Recipes, you may be able to do all of those things with very little effort. You can learn how to make the most popular dishes from national restaurants such as TGI Fridays, Red Lobster or the Cheesecake Factory. Master Chef Ron Douglas has compiled these very recipes and wants to share them with YOU!
Even though Ron is facing a lot of pressure to disband his website and stop selling his cookbooks filled with secret recipes, he refuses to give in to the pressure. He wants to help the everyday cook create these overpriced dishes for budget dollars in their very own kitchens. You no longer have to wait in long lines at restaurants. With these recipes all you have to do is step into your kitchen and re-create any of them for just a fraction of what you would be paying in a restaurant.
Ron makes it super easy, too, with his simple step-by-step directions. You can discover cooking techniques that world class chefs use as you make something different for dinner every night. Then just sit back and enjoy the praise and raves you’ll get from your family and friends when they taste these dishes you prepared on your own.
What You Get
The list of restaurants with secret recipes that appear in this book is simply amazing! These restaurants include Applebees, Chilis, TGI Fridays, The Olive Garden, The Outback Steakhouse, The Red Lobster, Bob Evans, Cheesecake Factory, Chick-Fil-A, Cracker Barrel, Hard Rock Caf?, Joe’s Crab Shack, KFC, Long John Silver’s, Macaroni Grill, PF Chang’s, Perkins, Pizza Hut, Red Robin, Ruby Tuesday, Ruth’s Chris, Shoney’s, Starbucks and more.

Once it is ready, stir in salt, sugar, sautéed onions, buttermilk, chopped jalapenos and 2 cups of flour. Then beat the mixture well and pour in the remaining flour to make the dough easy to mix.
Next flour the surface and knead the dough on it for about 5 minutes. Then put in a greased bowl and cover it for about 1 ½ to 2 hours, until it doubles. Next punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts. Now roll out one part to make an 8 x 8 inch square and use a pizza cutter or knife to cut it into 8 equal strips.

What about homemade egg rolls or spring rolls with cabbage, mushrooms and bean sprouts inside or vegetarian dumplings?

Stuffed mushrooms or zucchini work well and you can use spiced rice as the filling. Chinese chicken wings are great at a buffet and you can add Chinese ingredients like water chestnuts, oriental mushrooms or bamboo shoots to any salad recipe to give it a flavour of China.

Recipe for Chinese Crepes

These tasty crepes are filled with spring onions, black bean sauce, fresh coriander and more for an authentic Chinese flavour. Use fried wonton skin or fried pork rind to make a crunchy filling. This recipe makes one Chinese crepe, so double it as many times as necessary, making one crepe at a time.

You can find these crepes on Chinese street corners, cooked fresh to order, and they also make a great starter before any kind of meal. They are hot, flavourful and spicy without being too spicy. Ground or grated fresh ginger also work well.

Pumpkin cakes Add up to 175ml (1 cup) pureed pumpkin to teabread recipes, for moistness. Always use spice with pumpkin, because its natural flavour is very mild. Traditional choice is a mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and allspice.

          ]]>

Pumpkin pies Thanksgiving wouldn’t be complete without a pumpkin pie. The simplest way to make one is to use bake a pastry case or pie crust (or buy a good quality ready-made one). Bake for 15 mins at 425F/220C/gas 7, lower the temperature to 350F/180C/gas 4 for another 40 minutes.

Pumpkin pancakes Great for breakfast, these are whizzed up in minutes. Substitute 90ml (1/2 cup) pumpkin puree for the same quantity of milk in your favourite pancake recipe and cook in a hot pan, pouring just enough batter to make small pancakes.

Pumpkin in savoury dishes Try cubed pumpkin, browned with onion and garlic, then simmered in a tomato sauce with a dash of chilli. Some vegetables have liquid that they will release while cooking. Other ingredients, such as meat, release juices, as well. Because the crockpot is closed, the food will not dry out, but stay moist while it is cooking.

Remember not to stuff your crockpot. An ideal amount is two-thirds full. If it is less full than that, it will take less time for the meal to cook. These tips will help you become familiar with your crockpot and its performance.

Chicken And Crockpots

Whether you feel like making barbecued chicken wings, chicken and dumplings, or chicken enchiladas, there is a crockpot recipe for it. Buy several whole chickens when the price is down. Cut them up and freeze the parts in separate bags. Remove the skin from the breasts and freeze them, as well. Turn the heat to HIGH, cover dish, and cook until vegetables are tender, but crisp, which usually takes 20 – 30 minutes.

Serves 6

You sit down to plan the menu for the week and get ready for another trip to the grocery store. There was that recipe you made a couple weeks ago that everyone loved, where is it? You dig through handwritten papers, torn out magazine pages, and tattered index cards. Stop and read a card you’re you remember now you were dying to try 6 months back. Somehow when it came to your home filing system you just never got to the kitchen. Now is the time to take action and get all those recipes organized!

Paper Recipes: As I’m sure you have found printed recipes come in many shapes and sizes.
